Zoom Drain

We would like to share our experience. Customer service is excellent. This is a company I would highly recommend. They have great communication skills and prompt action. They are on time and informed you before hand when they will arrive at your home.

Zoom Drain went above and beyond to help us fix a water leak under our house. The manager and workers really went out of their way to try and figure out the most cost effective way to fix it. Last year we had a different water leak on the hot water side and we had several companies come out who never did that. They did not go out of their way to try and make it affordable for us. Zoom Drain was not open for business at that time. I honestly thought they would do the same as the other companies. Much to my pleasant surprise, they worked with us and seem to genuinely care that we really needed help. Very grateful! They do offer financing with good credit, which is really good for anyone who needs it. 10 out of 10, RECOMMEND!

The technician was very knowledgeable!! I pulled the toilet myself. The technician ran the snake in the line till the water level dropped. He said we should be good. Next day same problem with water backing up. I rented a machine and had to run the snake the entire length of main line. I also pulled and set my toilet due to a 300 dollar price if the technician would have done it. Not very pleased with service. Wish I would’ve done it myself instead of calling this company would have been a lot cheaper

Zoom did a great job unstopping my tub. Tech was very nice, efficient, and on time. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I called Zoom Drain explained the issue he sent a technician within 45 minutes to our location. He diagnosed the issue and was even able to fix it the same day. i can honestly say i would recommend this company to anyone having issues. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.
