Clark Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

My dad is elderly but stubborn so he insists on having his independence and living by himself. He waited until 3 pm on the coldest day of the year to tell me that his heat wasn't working. I immediately left work and raced over to his house to see what I could do to help. In the meantime, he called Clark Heating. By the time I got to my dad's house (about a 25 minute drive) a technician from Clark was pulling up in the driveway to help. While I am grateful they were able to respond so quickly, I am even more grateful for the their kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable technician that showed up. I don't know his full name, but his first name was Ty. I want to give a big shout out to Ty for doing such a great job and taking his time to explain to us what was wrong with my dad's heat and what steps needed to be taken. He didn't have to be so thorough and his kindness was just the cherry on top. I know he was making additional stops last night after leaving my dad's house and I commend him for going the extra mile with a smile on his face. He certainly couldn't have been nicer. Clark Heating and AC is lucky to have him represent their company. If all of their technicians are this good, then I promise you won't be disappointed in their work. We will definitely be using them again!

Doug was very personable and knowledgeable. He was punctual and did his replacement and install of our toilet in a very timely manner. We have been club members of Clark’s for years. They assist us for our home as well as a rental property. We have learned the hard way. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them for the experience and knowledge for what you need done. Put your trust in Clark’s. You can’t go wrong.

I had a young man named Ben come out to my house and service my AC unit for spring startup. He performed the inspection in a very thorough and professional manner. I felt very secure after Ben performed my spring tuneup. He described to me in pictures of of what he diagnosed with my unit. He also gave me some good advice on a modification that I could add to my AC unit for better performance. I would like to thank Clarke Heating and Air for having such an outstanding and knowledgeable employee! .

I give Clark Heating, Air Conditioning 5 stars! I found them on the internet. The call was easy and very courteous. They arrived on time and completed the job will professionalism! In addition the workers were very courteous as well and explained everything so a layperson like myself understood it completely. I certainly will be recommending you to my family and friends and have you in my contact list for whenever I need you again.

These guys & gals were great! Professional, kind and very courteous from initial phone call to the service performed in my home. They will now be my "go to" plumbers. Much thanks to the lady who answered my call and the young man that fixed my home!!

Tyron Ziegler (Ty) HVAC technician from Clark Heating Air and Plumbing of Alabama performed my first tuneup services today. He was courteous and professional and took the time to explain everything completely. I signed up for an annual HVAC and plumbing contract, and I look forward to seeing Ty again in the fall.

James H. came on to my property and assisted a tenant with a shower cartridge that was completely stripped. He came in a got the job done in no time at all. He also seemed very helpful and knowledgeable about the parts.
