My experience with Dixie has always been great. Dustin Jones was excellent. He came right out . Did not charge full price for after hours service after seeing I needed a part. Came back Monday before I got off work my heater was back working. He was very passionate and considerate of my heater going out , not to mention polite. Thank you very much

Granger performed our HVAC tuneup today and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough and he explained everything that he did in great detail. I feel much more confident with the performance of our system after my experience with him and Dixie electric today.

This was my first experience using Dixie Electric. From the girls in the scheduling office to the electrician was great. Great communications of expectations and efficient scheduling. Brice was my technician. He was very thorough, punctual and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and explain what was needed. Like choosing a good physician, a reliable trusted technician can be hard to find. Based on this visit I took out a maintenance plan. I highly recommend Dixie Electric Company!

Jamie Martin did an excellent job. He was very quick to do the actual repair and took time to give me information on replacing our water heaters in the future. Highly recommend him!

Always have the best service from Dixie. We utilize all their services at our house as they've replaced or installed new heating (waterless) , air conditioning for two levels (includes duct work), plumbing, house generator, and they have provided minor work on electric and plumbing work. Would recommend to everybody. We just had the duct work replaced in our attic and wow what a world of difference in heating the house (right now, hoping air conditioning goes as well). The great work on duct work was carried out by Kyle Brown (lead) and Landon Brooks. Professional, courteous....couldn't ask for better workers.

Nate and his partner did an outstanding job! Checked everything out thoroughly under the house to make sure no big problem -for a reasonable price. He answered all my questions and finished the service call with a complimentary inspection of all indoor plumbing. We will definitely use Dixie again!
