I wish I could give them more than five stars. Edwards provided friendly and helpful customer service and quickly took care of the issue I was experiencing. They even came in lower than the price estimate they initially provided! We will use Edwards for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

I have used Edward's Plumbing and Heating on several occasions. They have always responded to my telephone calls for service in a prompt manner. The jobs were completed in an expeditious manner. The service technicians were polite and professional. The cost of the job was stated up front with no unexpected additional charges. I highly recommend this company for their plumbing, heating and air service.

Technicians were excellent. Arrived on time and finished work in a timely manner. Edwards was responsive to our initial call after hours and sent person out within 45 minutes to secure a leaking hotwater heater. They gave me a quote for replacing the unit and got it scheduled to install three days later. All interaction with Edwards was courteous and professional.

From first contact through a full installation, Edwards has been super. The install crew was competent and friendly and quick. They were careful to clean up behind themselves. They have become our extended family’s go-to for all our HVAC needs. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Have used Edwards for 30 years and have always been very pleased. Today, Nick and Barry came out. Nick checked our outside unit and said the thermostat was the problem. He replaced it quickly, and it worked. He was pleasant and efficient, finishing the job quickly. HVAC work isn't cheap, but I felt the charges were reasonable. I plan to continue using Edwards in the future.

I called Edwards at 11 o’clock in the morning. They were here by 12:45 and it was not deemed an emergency. Luckily our heat pump was under warranty so we had no cost related to this visit. However, it was prompt and courteous and I feel like you can always count on Edwards.
