They had the hardest time. 6 visits, 2 came twice. Most were young and very professional, just needed a mentor. My heat and air got fixed. They kept my house from burning down. Weird wiring and a burned up breaker. It was a hard job, but I recommend 100 percent. This is due to diligence and dedication. Sometimes we need time to slow down and develop our talents. Kindness matters.

We were experiencing issues with our toilets and water heater. We contacted our home warranty for help and they sent over Myers Comfort Specialist. The technicians, Chris and Nick, arrived exactly when they told us. They were very nice, professional and thorough. They made all the necessary repairs and were very respectful of our home. Myers technicians are very well trained, very professional. Great at diagnosing your problem quickly and just as quick at getting the repairs done. If you’re not sure who to call about heating and air conditioning repairers, please look no further than right here These are the people you want working In your home. I am only sorry they weren’t my first call, but they will be next time.

The technician, Jessi, did a great job of communicating when he would be there and showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He was thorough in checking the different aspects of the system to make sure he knew exactly what the issue was. Once he diagnosed the problem, he had the replacement parts on hand and got them installed in a quick and timely manner. If I have any HVAC system issues in the future, I hope to use Myers and get Jessi as my technician.

Put a claim in for clogged drain through warranty company...they still charged me 1200 to power jet clean my lines and drains...i asked them to make sure all the drains flowed because i was going to replace my shower ..that was currently not in use due to the condition...tech reassured me all drains are flowing...about 2 months later contractor was installing new bathroom and said shower drain is clogged...called myers they told me repair was to old and it was likely an outdoor issue...i explained all the other drains were flowing perfectly..except for this one...and it was never used since tech claimed to have it flowing...contractor also stated that the metal drain cap on it hasnt been removed in years...so obviously this drain was never cleaned....representative from myers told me ..we are not coming out...and to put a new claim in with warranty company....pass on this company
