Made appointment for him to go check a leak and he didn't go so we rescheduled, and again he didn't show up or got back to me to let me know he couldn't make it; you have to be calling him and good luck if he answers.

Called the company twice, first encounter was with a gentleman that talked to me like I was crazy about what needed fixing in my home. He basically told me I didn’t have a problem but told me someone would call me back. My home warranty company told me otherwise. I never received a call. I was trying to give this company a chance since they came highly reviewed by the website and a friend. So, I called back a few days later and was told you will get a call by a technician today. Still haven’t received a call a week later. I just don’t know.

Called to get a quote! Got it! Called to make an appointment! Was told he would call me back when he got to office! Called him four hours later! Said he forgot! Tried to get him to set up an appointment! Said he would call me on Monday! No call! So sorry! I don't get it!
