John and Miles were phenomenal! From the beginning to the end!! First they respected my home and my pet. John says he has one at home that looks like my Mazy.😁 They performed their job professionally! They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied!! Great work! On time. In and out in less than an hour. Advised me on how to keep septic in good shape w/ no problems. Very professional. Answered all my questions. Helpful. Careful to keep truck away from yard as I requested. Made sure to put dirt back in hole and looking good before he left. I am super pleased.

We had to call Roto Rooter out Saturday afternoon at 3 o’clock. He had a couple of jobs ahead of us, but he got out there before dark took care of things. Casey was extremely personable and professional. I highly recommend them.

The two guys who showed up to resolve my problem firming themselves in a very professional manner of the entire time. It took a little longer than I thought it would due to some problems they were having. But in the end they got the problem resolved really well and all systems are working properly now. It was a bit expensive but in the end well worth the money to have a professional company such as this performance service for me.

Plumber showed up on time and got the washer drain line cleaned out quickly! Excellent service. I’ve used Roto Rooter several times before and I’ve been much more pleased with them than the other plumbing services I’ve used.

Had a plumbing issue in my hallway bathroom and the gentleman came out and worked hard to resolve the issue. He did advise me that we probably should invest in a 1.6 gallon toilet to see if that helps. Took longer than expected. He was very friendly and took his time.
