They put in extra effort to navigate around the protective skunk barrier installed around my plumbing system due to a previous skunk issue. They were courteous, respectful, and communicated with me in a professional manner, unlike some maintenance men who tend to talk down to women. They tidied up the area nicely and inspected all the pipes and faucets thoroughly. It was reassuring to have plumbers who were competent and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their client.
