Called Chance at the recommendation of our plumber. He came to the house the next day to assess our requests. Estimate was given the following day and we readily approved. Made appointment to complete the work. Over the course of a full day and a half, one of Chance's Journeymen, Dillon, completed all the projects. Chance stopped in periodically both days to advise and answer all our questions. It was a pleasure working with both Chance and Dillon. Dillon's work was impeccable, precise, and professional. I called them on a Sunday afternoon when we started having power issues that seemed to only affect our house. I was immediately connected and explained the situation. Within a few minutes an electrician was on the way. While waiting for the electrician to arrive the power company notified us that the issue was affecting our house and one other in the neighborhood. I called back and canceled the service call. You would think that would be the end of it. However I received a text from Ward Electric later in the evening checking on us to see if everything turned out okay. You can bet that their number is now saved in my phone and will be the first call I make when something goes wrong again. You won't regret calling them!
