Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had to call Roto-Rooter due to a slow drain in our kitchen. Paul Nelson came out. He was super nice. He had the problem totally fixed in no time at all. He was professional. Super impressed with him and the quality of his work. Would recommend him to anybody

Paul Nelson at Roto-Rooter was super helpful and provided excellent service! He came out to our house late on a Sunday to get our water heater back up and running. He was professional, efficient, and gave us a clear explanation of our options and helpful tips for maintenance. We appreciated his promptness and expertise and would definitely recommend him for any water heater issues.

Paul was fabulous - he was upfront about the price, knew the issue almost immediately and even had to go into the cross base in order to declog the pipe. He took every effort to make sure the job was done well. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional.

I would not recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone wishing to have totally transparency and honesty. They came into my home to restore a room from water damage. They informed me I had mold and that they would check the insulation to ensure it was not damaged. When I returned to my home. There was no evidence they checked the room for mold. They did not take up the entire floor for drying the water. The contractor pulled up the remainder of the flooring where water still remained. They damaged the door frame to a closet. They charged for moving items they did not move. They attempted to charge me 6600.00 dollars for services they did not render and attempted to use intimidation to get me to pay. I presented them with videos as evidence of this. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Paul has saved me twice now and i’ll forever be grateful for him. he’s the most efficient plumber i’ve had out here so far. there’s a flat spot in my pipes so i get clogs more than usual and every single time he’s here, here’s here for MAYBE 2 hours and I get at least 6 months of relief compared to it happening every 3 weeks like before. the man truly needs a raise.

During the snow day this January, bad timing that I had a kitchen sink clog that I just couldn't get to drain. I called a few places and they didn't have trucks out, or no time until the next day. Roto Rooter was SO kind on the phone and scheduled someone for me that evening. They kept me updated by text when I would be next in service. Julian was my technician and he was amazing. He tried simple things before going with snaking the drain, and it worked! He was kind and knowledgeable and efficient, even cleaning up before he left. I was so grateful that they were available today. It was my first time using Roto Rooter, but I will definitely call them again if I need them. (But hopefully I won't!)
