Professional and affordable. Ron was able to get our faucet at no cost because it was still under warranty. Others may not do this because they automatically buy it from hardware store and then charge you double, without checking if it's under warranty first. Highly recommend.

Ron came out right away to help with an emergency issue the septic system in the house we rented was starting to leak water out into the basement carpet. Luckily he fixed it and everything is working great! Definitely recommend him!

I called to have my gas logs started. He and his helper cleaned the apparatus and lit the pilot light. Afterwards they could not replace the logs properly. I had previously asked for a price quote but he said he would find out. He sent his helper in with a bill of $375. Yes $375. I asked what I was specifically charged for. The helper did not know. Ron came in and said he was giving me a discount. I couldn’t believe this was happening. He became angry, threatened to disconnect my gas and said don’t pay me anything! He then paused and asked if I was going to pay him anything. I thought $125 was fair and paid him that.I had to threaten to call the gas company to finally get them to leave. I am also looking into seeing how to report him to the better business bureau along with anything else to warn consumers of his tactics.

Called Ron's to replace hot water heater and job was done in a couple days. Ron was very honest, informative and professional, I highly recommend this business to anyone that appreciates an honest, professional small town business! Thank you again
