Chapman Plumbing

Once again, Jason knocked it out of the park! I have used Jason for 10+ years now and wouldn’t trust anyone but him with any of my plumbing needs. Very fair on price and does great work! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

As always, Jason was on time, pleasant, efficient and very professional, explained the water heater issue, the repair needed, did the job and he and his assistant were their way. Charge was very reasonable.

Jason and Ben have done two jobs for us—unclogging pipe, replacing water heater—and they advised us on something else we could fix ourselves. They came promptly, and their prices seemed reasonable. We will hire Chapman Plumbing again.

Approximately two weeks ago I called Chapman plumbing to repair a small leak under my kitchen sink. Jason (owner) was prompt in coming and communicated well his eta. When he arrived I remembered several other issues in my home that needed repairing. One of which was the water pressure ( which he repaired() the other being a slow draining tub (which was a simple cleaning)) At the time he said the leak under the kitchen sink was caused by a loose valve which he tightened. He told me to keep an eye on it. Two days later underneath my sink flooded also flooded my kitchen and ruined my hardwood floors. I called Chapman plumbing and no response for two days. Little did I know and they do not make you aware on their site they ARE NOT a 24 hr service even on their own work. When Jason came the following Mon. I explained to him the situation and told him my floors were ruined! He very rudely and defiantly told me he was not responsible for my floors and in fact blamed me that I didn't watch it close enough. I'm contacting my attorney and please folks you do not want to deal with him (Jason) He is very rude and does not take responsibility for anything he caused damage to. In the end when he handed me the bill he knew he was wrong and gave me a small discount. Did he really think that was going to come close to repairing my floors! Non of my business but the young man who was working for him was very nice but Jason treated him like his servant. Im sorry I got involved with this company and would never recommend it EVER

Chapman Plumbing responded quickly, communicated well, showed up on time and repaired a huge job in a timely manner.

We have used Chapman Plumbing a couple of times so far, and will definitely call them again if we need a plumber in the future! Very knowledgeable and personable !

Chapman plumbing has been my go-to since Snowmageddon. Jason and his crew always deliver excellent service. I have had everything from clogged drains to tub and water heater replacements and they are the best.
