Great communication via text and spot on arrival time. Super pleasant and professional. Got my master toilet fixed and working. Highly recommend and would use them again for any plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Jared was very helpful and patient with our hot water heater situation. Same day service! You cannot beat that. Very professional and is an expert at what he does! I highly recommend this company. My husband and I really appreciate their hard work!

They did a good job installing a new hot water heater a little less than 2 years ago, however when we needed a water leak checked a while back, several calls went unreturned. Now, a week and a half ago, a warranty issue has arisen with the water heater and I called Dismukes again. Still no return call, so had to go with a different company.

We had a brand new pool heater installed several months ago. Jerad Dismukes came out but did not fix the issue correctly. He told us to call the pool company that installed it. After having them come back out only to tell us AGAIN that it’s a plumbing issue. Since then we’ve tried for over a month to get him to come back out...but he just ignores our calls. Do Not Use This Business!!
