It couldn’t have been a better experience for me. Your tech James was so great and did an excellent job. He didn’t mind if I watched and answered questions about what he was doing. I’ve never had a bad experience with Hansens when I call for service!! He made sure to make a follow call to ensure the leak was resolved. I highly recommend Hansens and will continue to do business with them!! A++++++. Thank you!!😊

Yes I am very satisfied with the work that Braxton & Pattrick perform with the heating & air. Also they both were very respectful and I could tell that they both love there job.

I would like to say Thank you!! The team was awesome. Mr. Roger and Mr. John explained every thing to me to make the process easy and they stayed with me, Roger in person and John on the phone, the whole morning to make sure I got approved for my new unit. At which time the tech team came out, SAME DAY SERVICE and put in my new unit. Zack Bobby and Jerry did an awesome job. Zack and Jerry kept me informed about everything they were doing inside and outside. Bobby made sure the unit was placed correctly and did an awesome job inputting and removing the unit and cleaning up. I didn’t even have to remove the old unit from my yard, they took it with them. Hansen you have an awesome group of people working for you and I would recommend you to any and everyone. To my operators that I called constantly 🤣🤣 I appreciate your patience with me because this was my first time ever having to do something like this and I had no clue what to do, but you guys made it easy for me and I thank God for y’all. We are very pleased with how efficient Taylor was in scheduling Larry to repair our plumbing problem. Larry kept me informed when he would arrive. When he was at our home (we were not there) he advised how he would find the clogged drain and the scenarios and prices for what he might find. Larry unclogged the drain and gave us assurance that the problem was solved. He said if we had issues again to call. We are very satisfied with our experience with your employees and Hansen. Terrific service! He was very professional . Also extremely knowledgeable and patient with me while answering questions . Very efficient with my time and his. Upon completing his task and getting everything working correctly again, he left the areas clean . Would definitely call again if I need something fixed or replaced

Hansen always does everything in their power to make the customer happy with scheduling, promptness, communication, etc. The techs that come are are respectful of person and property. They never leave a mess!! My favorite tech is Patrick Headley! I have never met a young man with so much commitment to his job! You can tell he loves helping people! HE NEEDS A RAISE!!! Not advancement because then he wouldn’t be my tech anymore. If all your techs have what Patrick has, then your company has no worries! Be blessed💕😊🙏

11/24/2024 Technician Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and provided great customer care service. Sean found the problem and took great care to get it resolved. However, Sean found out that the heat sensor(s) will need to be replaced and put in a service request for replacement for technician to come out this upcoming week. All in all very appreciative for his excellent service. Blessings and Thank you kindly 🙏🏼 John G, Supervisor @ Hansen SuperTech, was very personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you so very much John G. for addressing my concerns which were resolved. The AC unit is well built and very nice. The installers (Josh and his assistant were AWESOME, friendly and did a fantastic job with the AC installation and were very focused on getting the installation done right and efficiently and making sure to cleanup any debris). I would recommend Hansen SuperTech. Blessings Always!

I would like to take the time out to give a special thanks to the Hansen staff my experience was outstanding from start to finish Kaleb did an amazing job explaining everything about my old unit and why it need to get replaced he walked me through the steps to get me approved (same day) he was very patient and informative Braxton and Patrick came out and installed my new unit the next day they worked really hard as a team to get the new unit and furnace installed and they didn't leave until it was done get customer service skills and hospitality 10/10 you would have thought we've known each other for years I will most definitely will be recommending Hansen to all my family and friends thanks again for the amazing experience 100/100 thanks again from Mrs. Knight
