I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, one of their service techs from Wally plumbing this week. He installed two new bathroom fixtures, a new kitchen sink with a new faucet and cleaned out my drains for both of my bathtubs. I was sent a text before he arrived. This text even showed me where he was and how long it would take for him to arrive. Upon arrival he had cloth booties over his shoes. He went over all of my pricing and I was impressed from beginning to ending with not only the work but all the technology that this Plumbing company uses. The owner of this company has made sure that everything is done not only perfect but that the customer is number one. Kyle told me that all the plumbers are trained so that each plumber conducts themselves in such a professional way that it was a pleasure to use them. As all of you know, the cost of everything has gone up. Don’t think you can get a plumber there and not pay for it in this day and time. I have never been treated so kindly. Prissy, their receptionist, also was the sweetest lady & kept me informed on everything about my plumbing needs. I just want the owner to know that between Kyle and Prissy, I will always use them. By the way, they won the number one spot for the best Plumber in Mobile this year and that is how I made my decision as to who to call.

I have done business with Walley plumbing for a couple years now since having my water heater replaced. They are a reputable, reliable company that does outstanding work! Kyle has been my service tech and is always professional, personable, and cleans up after himself! I highly recommend this company - they will not disappoint you!

Jake went above and beyond to find out what the problem was and then he would not give up until he fixed our problem. Others plumbing companies had come out but the problem was never actually fixed until now. I would highly recommend Walleys and Jake. My entire family are now loyal customers.

Blake, seemed very knowledgeable about removing old gas logs and had the right supplies to reroute gas line to fit the new gas logs. Seemed to be a nice young man and explained everything involved with the process. The charges were the shocking part which he had no control over that. I’m satisfied with his job.

Called Walley to get a second opinion, where a previous plumber had quoted $1,400 in repairs. They sent out Ryan and he fixed the issue in 15 minutes! Very experienced plumber with great customer service!

This was my first time using this company but it will not be the last. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. We called and was able to get an appointment immediately. The company texts you with a photo of your plumber and automatically puts you at ease as to who will be coming into your home. Kyle was professional and polite. He laid out all options up front with costs so nothing was hidden. He cleaned up after himself and took out the trash created, I can’t even tell someone was here. I could not believe how quickly he fixed our issue and restored running water for me and our newborn baby. I would highly recommend this company and know I will use them for any future needs.
