Fast, reliable experts. I would highly recommend J Henry Plumbing to everyone. My 15 year old Rannai on-demand hot water heater went out. Unfortunetly, the heat exchanger had sprung a leak and the servo valve had quit working (not to mention the corrosion on everything else from the leak) so we decided it needed replaceing instead of repairing. I found them on the Rannai website as an authourized service company. They came out the same day I called and Glen gave me an excellent quote. He replaced my unit quickly and had our hot water working again. I appreciate the fact he did not try to upsell me on maintenence plans and extended warranties like other companies I got quotes from. They were an absolute pleasure to do business with and will be using them for all my professional plumbing needs.

They recently came out to service my Rinnai tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Connor from J. Henry plumbing came out for a main water line leak on the home side of the water meter. After further investigation he found that the water line had been spliced together 4 times by DSLD Homes plumbing contractor and this is the cause of my waterline leak. Conner took his time and fixed the problem and we have water back on. This should never have been an issue except no one from the builder to their subs took the time to do the job right the first time. Thanks again to Conner and J Henry plumbing for fixing the problem the right way.
