The service was top notch. From the person who initially answered my call to the two technicians that fixed our drain, they were all professional, timely, courteous, and competent. The pricing was told to us up front and agreed upon prior to the work being completed so there were no surprises. I don’t know if the price was comparable to others in the area because I only called a couple places, but they came out the day I called and we got a 30 day warranty on the work, so it was a good value in my opinion. We would recommend and use this company again.

Good communication, called before they arrived, and the plumbers were polite and did quality work. I think the price was a bit more than i expected; however, the work was completed the same day and in a timely manner, so i am satisfied having paid a bit more to have that crossed off my list. I will use them again and recommend them to friends/family.

They are highly competent at what they do! They were able to get the job done a day earlier than expected to my complete satisfaction! I loved that they treat your home with the utmost respect and care. There are many people that can complete the job, but with Schitt’s you don’t have to worry about the level of professionalism associated with doing the job. I highly recommend!

The most thorough plumbers i've come across. I have had several different service calls with this company and have been more than satisfied with their work and how they track everything. First, they come out and review the problem. Then they ask you what would you like to see. Then they explain what it takes to fix the problem and will go over all the options. If you ask for something special, they will tell you everything up front. If it can be done, any problems that may come up, cost, everything. Be careful what you ask for, because they will document everything. What they said, what you said and it will come with pictures. Once you decide they can do the job. They will be there at that date and time and get the job done in the amount of time they estimated. You are given the opportunity to go over the completed work. They will explain it all to you. If you have questions or something doesn't seem right, speak up and ask. They are happy to explain everything and will ask you if you are satisfied with the completed work. If not, they will fix it until you are. Again, they will document everything. So, if anything comes up in the future, they have a complete account of the job they did. I love how thorough they are, They are worth the cost and you can be assured the job was done to your satisfaction. Very professional, polite, and well prepared to handle any plumbing job you may need. Highly recommended!

The two technicians were very courteous, conducted themselves in a very professional manner. And, of course diagnosed and repaired the problem expeditiously! I highly recommend Schitt’s Plumbing. I am happy to say “you have a new customer “.

They sent email at 8:15am that my appt is scheduled at 8:00am. I just cancelled as they are to difficult to get an REAL estimate of appt time and with an expectation they can show up anytime.. I will find another service.

Schitt's Plumbing did a fantastic job on a busted water pipe on the outside of our church. That same pipe had been "fixed" only 3 months before, but it did not hold. I could see that their knowledge and expertise far surpassed the previous attempt to fix it. The cost was reasonably and very nice people did the work!
