Quite possibly the worst service I have ever hired. Had a pipe that needed thawed. They came in, charged 150 dollars hour, brought in additional person because contractor /owner Victor Smith can’t walk confidently. Replaced several pieces on my furnace that wasn’t related and without my consent. Over charged each piece. I realized what they were doing and fired them two days later. Hired new service and fixed the issue. Fast forward a couple months, the circ pump they installed was not properly installed. Broke and short circuit with water on an electric line. Nearly started a fire. Paid additional service to come replace everything. I am weighing legal action. I am not someone who writes reviews, I made an account to do report this. We were given the number of this place by another business that was to busy to be able to assist us. We were quoted $130/hr for pipe thawing. We were charged $260/hr because the owner Victor Smith failed to inform us that the $130/hr was per worker. NEVER use these guys as the owner is a scammer. The workers were awesome.

I had just been through the ringer with a bad plumber so he came in and was like fresh air. He charged me fairly and felt horrible for all I had already been through. He was in fast and fixed it in a day. He even bought my tenants that were living there pizza. I was referred to him through a sheetrock guy I had used and both of their work spoke for itself. Very please with his professionalism and service.

They showed up to inspect my tankless water heater, but they had no clue what the issue could've been, they showed up without any tools and spend 10 minutes just looking at it, at the end they charged me $40 dollars and agreed to come back the next following day at 2:00pm, I waited for them, called twice after I noticed a 1 hour delay and then again after 3 hours, nobody called back nor they showed up you cant even leave a message on their line.

These scam artist dont even have proper insurance do not use them they will destroy your property
