Pump was leaking on Sunday. Called and had someone come to fix it promptly on Monday. Amazing customer service and professional technicians. So thankful.

Flawless customer service, diagnostic, and repair/replacement skills! Answered their phone (yay!), receptionist was efficient, polite, and very helpful/reassuring. We were without water so they sent a crew the same day I called: Two friendly, professional, *extremely competent* specialists solved the problem in only hours. They did outstanding work, explained everything to me clearly and concisely - problem 100% solved same day, a huge relief. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone needing pump or well services.

I don't normally go straight to Google to leave a review but I'm so impressed with these guys that I just have to! Of course, my water went out last night with my husband out of town. We emailed Anchorage Well & Pump last night when the problem started. They opened this morning at 8:00 and at 8:04 they called to say someone would be out today. Two hours later and Dave, the owner, was at my doorstep! We have an extremely complex plumbing and heating system but luckily Dave was a skilled sleuth and found the problem which turned out to be an easy fix, hooray! I find it uncommon these days to find such prompt service with someone I would feel comfortable letting into my home while here alone with my kids. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Cannot highly recommend this company enough. Our water went out and AWPS came out within 30 minutes and worked tirelessly to diagnose and fix the issue. They even brought out a Bobcat to remove snow to access my well with their truck-- Not only did this make the process much quicker it halved the price! Overall they were professional, polite, clean, quick, and most importantly fairly priced. Very impressed and will definitely being calling them again if ever needed.
