Bowman Mechanical

We had a major issue with a part that diamond heating couldn't find. Bowman got me the part number and I found the last part in North America online. I ordered it over night shipping and when it got here they came out to install it. This was December, no heat, and no hot water. Saved us from paying 22k for a new system from diamond heating.

I am very happy with the service I received from Brian Bowman. He reached out on a Friday morning and was able to come by that same afternoon! Another company had done the work on my brand new home but he was still willing to come in and fix their mistakes. He did a great job, was professional and timely. I wish the work had originally been done by him as I know he would have done it right the first time. Thank you!

Nothing but great things to say about the caring team at Bowman Mechanical! Our kitchen sink was leaking into our downstairs bedroom and other plumbing companies had a 3-7 week wait to get out to our place to check it out. Bowman was able to come the very next day and get it fixed for us in under an hour! Ralph was very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Bowman!

I do not recommend this company. I scheduled a routine maintenance of my furnace. They failed to show. When I called, they said that one of their employees had failed to show up for work. That happens, but they should have let me know. They couldn't reschedule for a few weeks. I called a few days before the rescheduled visit to reconfirm the appointment. On the morning of the rescheduled appointment, they called to cancel. They said they were too busy. They did a routine maintenance on my furnace a couple of years ago. At that time, the plumber explained that replacing the igniter is part of routine maintenance. Despite having advance information about my furnace, he did not have an igniter with him. It took him about an hour to go to the store and get one. The clock was running. I suggest looking for a more reliable company.

Great mechanical company to use. Local family business. I have been using their services for years and will continue using.

Expensive job, but used poor quality materials (in some locations) and had to come back again and again and again to fix errors they made the first time around. Now I ask for part information and where I can buy it myself - and they tell me "perhaps you should call someone else".

I have had good service, each time my furnace goes out they fix it. I like there knowledge of the heating system and suggestions.
