I can’t recommend Cassidy’s enough. I’m learning how to manage my first home, and it was such a nice change to be able to talk to contractors that seemed to care about the customer. Cassidy’s swapped me over to a tankless hot water heater after my old tank went down, and when I explained how long my family had been doing without hot water trying to figure out the best option for repair, they were incredibly understanding and helpful . The estimate was done promptly, I got a quote that was far more competitive than any other company I spoke to, and they stayed within the quoted range. Jeff did the install for us, and he was fast and explained everything he had to do for the swap to a different device. He even put caps on old venting systems that haven’t been used since I moved in. I will 100% only be going to Cassidy’s for any plumbing or heating issue I have as long as I live in Anchorage! Amazing company, and amazing customer service.

I'd just like to say these guys came in very polite and with great personalities. They got right to the problem and it didn't take long at all...knowledge???....DEFINITELY!! They know thier trade...they talk "tools" like it's thier kids...I appreciate great service and they two brought it!! Need you leaky faucet fixes in a jiffy? Give Cassdy's a call. They get they job done...Thanks guys

I needed assistance in switching over from an electric to gas range stove. I called Cassidy's and the gal knew exactly what needed to be done - very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff came by to do the work and went above and beyond. He even helped me carry the new stove up a flight of stairs and got it all setup properly with anti-tip bracket. And then tested it for proper function. The cost came in lower than I was quoted from a different company. I will seek out Cassidy's for my future plumping and heating needs.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible company with even worse workmanship. Cassidy’s failed 3 times trying to install a hot water heater and after $15,000 in damages tried to avoid fixing their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience with Cassidy's from beginning to end. They were responsive, courteous and professional. We finished off our basement and had to relocate existing, and install new, plumbing. They were prompt with providing a detailed estimate, were always available by phone, and completed the work on time. We have found our plumbers for life in Anchorage.

A year and a half ago during our kitchen remodel, our contractor brought in Jeff from Cassidy's. Jeff was awesome! He went above and beyond, and he called to let us know when he was running late. Based on that experience, my husband contacted Cassidy's for a bathroom plumbing issue last week. Unfortunately, Jeff was not available so Justin was sent. He spent a couple hours and did part of the job and left at 5:00 saying he would be back the next day. At this point, we had two bathrooms torn apart for the project. Justin didn't show on Tuesday, so my husband called him. Justin said he got tied up and that he would come Wednesday morning. On Wed. afternoon my husband called the office and was told that Justin was loading our materials and would be right over. No show. Thursday, again no show. On Friday my husband called and also texted Justin -- no response, no show. Today, Monday, my husband called the office to notify the office manager that we would find another contractor. She asked for patience and said Justin would arrive between 2 and 4 today. No show (no surprise by now). Do yourself a favor and find a plumbing company that keeps their promises and follows through.

My toilet was running, and we thought that we could fix it ourselves. I bought the supplies and took the toilet apart. We couldn’t get one part off for the life of us. We started calling plumbers. Their reply was a 2-3 week waiting time. It’s the only bathroom in the house. We called Cassidy’s, and Jeff came by within 15 min as he going to another appointment. Toilet was fixed with 10minute. We are having issues with my heating system. We will call them and set up an appointment to repair the system. Cassidy Plumbing and Jeff are the best. I have a big mouth and I will talk Cassidy’s up as much as I can. You guys are/were a lifesaver!!!

I almost DON'T want to write a review because selfishly I don't want Cassidy's Plumbing Heating so busy that I don't get this customer service again. Seriously, from the phone appointment to in-person meeting at our house, CPH was amazing. Our technician Jeff was AMAZING! Not only did he figure out our issue within seconds, he had all the parts to fix it immediately. If I could rate higher than 5-Stars I would.
