Chad and Erin both were quiet, polite, hardworking professionals and did an excellent job. When they finished replacing the furnace they cleaned the job site better than what it looked like when they started. Next time I need plumbing and heating services I will definitely be a repeat customer for Circle Plumbing & Heating!

I have had Circle Plumbing do a variety of jobs at my home over the years. Each time the team or individual worker showed skill and readiness to engage with the project at hand. Most recently Will did a multi step project dealing with removal and reinstall of some base board heating system components. He was dedicated, patient, and able to complete the project with attention to detail. Coordinated the project with other craftsmen on the job in a way that allowed task completion.

Circle Plumbing and Heating is simply the BEST! They have been my “go to” for close to 40 years. They are always prompt, courteous and clean up after themselves! I appreciate that they are honest and reliable! I especially want to thank Brooke for getting me an earlier than expected appointment for my boiler repair! And thank you Will for not only fixing my boiler but going above and beyond to check my crawl space sump pump!

Will was very professional and personable. Not only did he answer all my questions about my boiler and heater during its annual inspection, he also recommended a water sensor for me to use, in order to alert me to any overflows with my boiler system, should they occur. I appreciate the company itself for showing a genuine interest in my heating concerns during this latest cold snap.

Circle is head and shoulders above the rest. I had an emergency and they prioritized me and had a technician there in an hour. Their techs are the best. They not only do the job but they do so much more. Turns out I needed a shop vac and Will gave me all the information I needed to buy the right one. That seemed like a little thing, but it was a big thing to me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I called Circle Plumbing & Heating for a complex boiler/radiant in-floor/indirect water tank issue I was having. From start to finish, I was very impressed. I own a fleet of rental properties in Anchorage, and perform the bulk of repairs and maintenance myself (as I have an extensive mechanical backround). I've used numerous heating companies over the years. I would rank Circle at the top. The receptionist Autumn was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Communications w/ Will the technician while he was enroute + in-person was 5 star plus. Tech was extremely knowledgeable about my complex heating system + the specific issue I was having. He was friendly and professional and got my problem solved efficiently. He answered all of the many questions I threw at him, and talked me through preventative maintenance procedures on my system. I will be calling Circle Plumbing and Heating in the future, and I will be referring to all I know.
