Would not do work on a Mobile Home. My heating went out during the middle of the night, mid-winter, and they were the only ones available for emergency services. I get to the point where I'm conferring with the repair man, covering all the information, and he's easily able to fix my system. We're good for him to come out, until he realizes it's a mobile home. He's not "allowed" to "work on a mobile home" (even though I have a normal heating system). I get no explanation except for "company policy". My home is clean, no infestation, and the system is 5 feet from an outside door. I was also willing to pay up front if there had been "issues" for the company in the past. Despicable. My heater went out when it was 0 degrees outside, nighttime, and they wouldn't offer their normal "Emergency Services" based on...the type of home? Shameful and despicable to discriminate based on home type. I had to wait 9 hours for an actually competent and ethical company to come through for me. Thankfully Discount Mechanical are not held back by those things call prejudice and bias, and I had my system fixed in an hour once they were available, I am glad that they are not subject to an unethical mindset such as the trashy Diamond Heating. That's probably why Diamond Heating was immediately available and Discount Mechanical was all booked up. One is a good company, an upstanding pillar of the community, and the other is not.

Technician Lillian was great and did all the required work done at our house. Diamond heating price was good and the invoice/receipt with descriptions of all HVAC work done was sent to me promptly. Their readily available schedule and prompt turn around on what I need helps me with the home sale. I recommend this company highly.

My new furnace was installed by the A Team…Adam, Andy and Andrew. They are very polite and professional and did an amazing job and got it done in no time. I would give them a AAA+. Sam, the comfort consultant was very helpful and explained to me how the 0% interest financing works. Thank you Diamond Heating!
