Stephen and his partner did a great job installing a new water heater during the holidays. Everything looked great and thank goodness we'll have hot water soon just in time for the holidays. The guys at Discount Mechanical saved Christmas for us for servicing us as soon as they can. Very prompt and professional. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Mario who was here to provide maintenance on our Boiler/Hot Water Heater. He was prompt & cordial. He used a checklist to ensure everything that was required to do was completed. I stayed with him as he worked & he answered all questions that I had to my satisfaction. It helped him learning that I was a member of your organization & such services are provided without charge. Thank you for the excellent services that are provided yearly & for the assistance I've needed when the boiler/water heater stopped working because of disrupted electrical power when the electrician was here to work on another issue we were having. Again, thank you very much!

Absolutely wonderful! Ace and Peter did an amazing and got it done much cheaper than the estimate. So polite and considerate, I have absolutely zero complaints. I recommend these guys and I don’t take recommendations lightly.

Steven got the job done! Only two holes had to be made into the house to find the source of the freeze and it just so happened that the pipe froze above the air intake for the house which is a funny place for the air intake to go but that wasn't Steven's problem. Much appreciated on getting that unfrozen and unstuck it has been an issue for 48 hours thank you very much guys.

Technician Abu spent the entire day (9:30 am - after 7:00 pm) at my home to replace the bathtub drain and reseat the toilet. Granted, he took a 2-hour lunch break, and was again gone from 5-6 searching for a part. He was on his phone on what sounded like personal calls while he worked on my bathroom. I was stuck in my bedroom office trying to placate my anxious dog, whom Abu said it would inconvenience him if the dog was not locked up. Abu was polite and pleasant, but ended up overcharging me over $300.00 and created a new invoice to replace the toilet flange while leaving both jobs unfinished. The money was refunded to my card. But days later, the leak resurfaced - and turned out to be the bathtub overflow ! We fixed that ourselves. The leak onto our dryer in the garage wasn’t the garage heater - which was replaced at a previous Technician’s diagnosis. It wasn’t the tub drain, or the toilet ( which did need fixing) but the overflow.

Service was explained well, completed quickly and professionally, we experienced good communication from Discount Mechanical. Raven was our most recent service tech and we were very pleased with her level of knowledge and professionalism.

This is our go-to company! Every single person that has come to my house has been very nice and professional, I always feel like my children and I are safe with them in our home. But Raven was the one that really came through for us; she did a thorough and complete inspection to give us the safest option, and she advocated for us to get our money's worth.
