Drain Masters made the whole process so easy. They were upfront with the cost and had my drain repaired within a couple of hours. There were no hidden fees. The technician had great customer service and was very professional. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Man oh man!! Drain Masters gets 10 Stars!! We had leakage coming from the main water panel and the garbage disposal since Saturday and had to shut all the water off to the house. Aiden and John came through and replaced both the panel and the garbage disposal in a remarkable amount of time. I am super happy with the service and his knowledge of the plumbing services he provided. I would definitely recommend Drain Masters for all of your plumbing needs. They are efficient, friendly, accurate, and timely. What more could you ask for! Great job guys!! Keep up the amazing work!

This is a great service company for sewer drain issues! The young man they sent was polite and excellent with his communication. He worked through the problem at our house and actually listened to our theories. He knew his business and solved a two plus year old problem because he did not give up (even though I bet others would have). He also worked with us to come up with a savings option on the work which was greatly appreciated. He was also organized and clean at the work locations. I would recommend him and Drain Masters to anyone who asks.

After trying for a week to get another plumber, I went online and chose Drain Masters to try. They came same day as my call, were friendly, thorough, job well done. I am grateful!

In my opinion, there is a direct correlation between the work they completed at my home cutting the pipe and the flooding in my basement crawlspace. They have offered to pay for some glue. Buyer beware. The consequences of Drain Masters actions were not just immediate, but also urgent and severe. Key: they record your calls without telling you and have you sign documents without reading them stating they are receipts. Greg, the co-owner said they were booked 8 weeks out and to call a restoration company. They have not taken responsibility for the flooding in my crawl space, a situation that demands immediate attention and resolution. My ATT phone log shows 20 calls to the company and 18 text messages. Debra, the general manager, told me I must’ve been calling after hours and I was not blocked. The logs show 8:11 am to 5:03 pm. The company does offer 24/7 service so I don’t know why my calls were not answered. After the flooding, what is most important is the lack of responsibility towards customer service and trying to deny they had any responsibility to correct what they caused. This is to let future customers know what to expect if something goes wrong. I did talk to Deb (GM), she offered to pay for the glue to repair the black pipe. In my opinion, buyer beware. FLOOD in crawl space several days after work. 51 years of dry and almost six years dry experience with my ownership. According to the City, Drain Masters just moved into plumbing. The technician was not a licensed plumber and the person he left for the install (from Arizona) stated he had been in Alaska one week before he completed his work as part of a conversation. I have before and after flood pictures. I have lived here 5 years and 9 months with a perfectly functioning sump pump that they replaced incorrectly. Read and get a copy of the invoice before you sign, they tell you you’re signing for the charge then send a version of something to avoid responsibility. Per their notes dry. BBB complaint will be public record. Dry space 51 years until service. See flood photos and company answer, they still will not answer my calls.
