The pipes in our house froze on the day before Thanksgiving. We called Libby Thawing around noon and they were able to see us later that evening. Within an hour, they resolved the issue and saved our holiday dinner, returning heat to our house when the outside temps reached single digits. Good people, great service, highly recommend.

Called Libby at 11:15 this morning and talked to the lady answering the phone, the guys called back at 11:45 letting me know they were on the way. They hooked up to the key box and the pipe in the garage and were driving away roughly 50 minutes later. It is important to know where your key box is because without it they cannot get the pipe thawed out. Great guys, great service, Veteran owned and HIGHLY recommended!!!

3/9/24 AWESOME BUSINESS, EXPERIENCED HANDS, NO FOOLING ABOUT, RETURNED MY CALL, ARRIVED AS AGREED, DID THE JOB. NO NONSENSE, JUST RELIABLE GUYS. No muss no fuss. Arrived on time, found the elusive wire, made The connections and voila! Water. Highly recommend.
