I would recommend Moore Heating for all of your heating needs. Their technician Matt called beforehand and showed up on time with a great attitude. While he was servicing my heater, he was professional and very efficient. Matt had everything he needed to get the job done and provided great recommendations on ways to take care of my heater. My family and I will always use Moore heating for our heating needs. Thank you!

The furnace in a unit I own was on the fritz. Moore was able to schedule a technician to come diagnose the issue quickly (the same day I called). Nick Youngblood (HVAC tech) was incredible to work with. He accurately diagnosed the issue and taught me about the furnace during the diagnostic session. He was able to order the part quickly and install the part several days later. He is professional, kind, patient and talented. Will absolutely work with Moore again should hearing issues develop in the future.

Moore heating is an awful company. They have been extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude at addressing my concerns with the billing due to overcharging. I have never, in my entire life experienced this amount of unprofessionalism from any other company. Our heating has gone out every year and every year, they have had to come back multiple different times to “fix” something. We had only gone back to this company because they have been servicing us for a few years and are familiar with our system. I have had by far, the WORST experience with this company. I have never left a bad review until I had to deal with them. I have had an awful experience with Moore heating company. I had two technicians come in to “fix” the issue that we are having with our boiler resulting in no heat and no hot water. We had paid an insane amount to get parts replaced and the issue “fixed” but we are still having the same issues with heating and they are going to charge us again to come back and “fix” what was supposed to be fixed in the first place. It’s absolutely ridiculous how much this company overcharges. This has been extremely frustrating to deal with especially since it’s winter and we have no heat. On top of everything else, their customer service is awful. I have been in contact with a few people and they have just been incredibly rude and not understanding. This is absolutely ridiculous that we are getting charged to have technicians come back over and over again because the problem hasn’t been resolved when it should have been the first time. This is the third technician getting sent out to fix these issues. It’s insanely foul that they are charging us like this.

I got recommended by my father in law, to get our fireplace serviced and ended up calling around 4:50pm (10 minutes before they closed) I had the pleasure of speaking with Veronica and she was amazing! They were pretty backed up and ended up being able to get us in within a month. She was VERY helpful and VERY professional. 10/10 recommend this place, thank you guys so much!

Simply the best guys in town for heating needs. Moore is the company that originally installed our heater, humidifier, garage heater and water heater in 2003. I’ve had them inspect everything once a year changing filters etc. always on time with great technicians. This last October their service manager came out and indicated we should think about replacing the water heater. We elected to change out the entire. Their techs came out and changed out everything. All was good until 2 weeks ago when we had no hot water. The water heater was only 10 months old. Their tech came out the same day I called cleaned out the soot and got it relit. He told me they have been having issues with that brand of water heaters and they would change mine out with a different brand. Two days later they came out and changed out the water heater. I thought I was going to get a song and dance about service calls and installation charges. To my surprise no charge for anything. Their technicians are courteous and prompt and the office folks are the same. One of the best companies to deal with in Anchorage.

I can’t begin to say enough about the folks at Moore Heating!! I’ve had two systems installed over the past 3 years. A furnace system and boiler system. Both experiences have been easy with amazing customer support and priced competitively. They show up when expected and are so professional (and clean) it makes me wish they did more than HVAC. The second job had a slight “glitch” and one of the owners of the company was there to evaluate and solve the concern the NEXT day. He went above and beyond what other businesses may have done.

Their office staff is very helpful and we've used Moore for multiple things. The technicians are friendly and quick and I've been pleased with our experience here. Updated 1/25: they've been particularly helpful recently, Matt--their on call tech--really saved us when the pipes froze.
