A Visit from St. Paragon Mechanical Plumbing & Heating Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse; But down in the crawlspace arose such a clatter, We sprang from our beds to see what was the matter. "Now patching! Now sealing! Now upgrades to last! No leaks will surprise you; those troubles are past!" Their work was precise, and soon it was done, Our house was secure; the battle was won. No longer we’d worry for dampness below, Thanks to the help that they expertly bestowed. They spoke not a word but worked with delight, Improving our home till all was just right. And as they departed, their job now complete, They left us with cheer and a holiday treat. We heard them exclaim, as they drove out of sight, "Happy Christmas to all, and to all a dry night!" Thank you Paragon for helping us through this holiday surprise!

The ignitor in our furnace went out Dec. 1st. I called Paragon, sent pictures of the furnace, told them the ignitor needed to be replaced. Finally they replaced the ignitor Dec. 17th. Cost was extremely expensive.

SUPER appreciated these guys coming through today. They delivered BEYOND expectations and made it all happen in no-time flat. I went from down to the studs to usable tub & shower in less than a day. Plumber was knowledgeable, spoke through his thought process for me so that I could understand it, included us in the decision-making that he was forecasting and also gave us routine updates at critical points throughout the process. These guys have earned my respect and my trust.

Excellent care when replacing our OLD boiler and installing a new system for us. Brad and his team were very professional and compassionate towards us when the old system needed replacing. Brad is amazing! I had called two other well know companies in the Matsu Valley for a rental property. One never showed and the other could not identify the problem. Brad was courteous to our tenants, fast, and fairly priced. We were so impressed with his work he was our first call when our water heater went out at our personal property. Again, very responsive, courteous, and identified and fixed our issue extremely fast. I would highly recommend Paragon to anyone who needs fast and reliable service.

Had a laundry drain issue that could cause extensive water damage. Paragon technician Zach did an outstanding job of detecting the problem and making the appropriate repairs and correction to the plumbing system. Additionally, he flushed the tankless water heater and tested all lines going into the problem area. Kudos to Paragon and their technician Zach! Highly recommend!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We had a heating issue and Brad came right over, evaluated the situation, and promptly fixed it. His level of service, knowledge, and time management is beyond the level that we have seen with any other company in the valley. Paragons prices are fair and very reasonable, and we never felt like he was milking the clock for an extra buck (as opposed to other companies we've used in the past). He was able to completly explain in layman's terms what went wrong, how to fix it, and how to spot any future issues we might have. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any heating issues and will be referring our friends and family to this business as well. We will definitely be using Paragon in the future for all of our heating and plumbing needs. Two thumbs way up for outstanding service!
