We are very pleased with the prompt courteous service from Alpine septic. We found ourselves in a jam. They were able to fit us in to their schedule and bail us out the same day that we called. Would highly recommend alpine!

At first I wasn’t pleased with the service. We had a toilet issue and a young man came out and tried to unclog but after a day of it working it was back to being clogged again so I called Alpine again and this time Steve, an older gentleman with many years of experience came and took one look at our toilet and suggested that a new toilet would fix the problem. He said I would rather you spend the money on a new toilet than pay them again to mess around trying to clear a clog. He even recommended the best kind of toilet and it happened to be on sale at Lowe’s that day. We bought the toilet and problem is now solved. A big shout out to Steve for his knowledge and friendly demeanor. In the unfortunate event that you need these services definitely call Alpine and ask for Steve, you will be in good hands.

Had the best experience with the Alpine crew from the dispatcher to the in the field crew, they were professional, courteous, punctual, informative, and very knowledgeable with regards to the system I have, and how to fix the problem I was having. Had a frozen septic line at our cabin I discovered on a weekend visit. Called Alpine who does my periodic pumping and they rushed to my place to thaw the line and get me back in service. The crew was competent, witty and quick. They made a few suggestions to help prevent this from happening again. Very much appreciated the honest and funny communication. The guys were great. Hope to see them again......just not working on my septic system!

Have used them for a couple years, I tried another service but am glad to be back using them. My yard is fenced and I have to let them in so I usually stand there and talk so they don't have to run me down when they are done. Other service seemed annoyed I was there, Alpine drivers have always got the job done and been friendly and talkative, just good people.
