I highly recommend PHD. Friendly, professional and ABOVE and BEYOND service. JD as well as the other folks at PHD are absolutely AWESOME! I had a water leak, and JD came to my somewhat remote cabin after hours and stopped he leak as well as provided other tips on how to keep the issue from happening again. I had another issue with my tub not draining AND I NEEDED MY NEW TOYO installed. JD did it all, and he again went above and beyond to offer tips on how to maintain and improve items in the cabin. I highly recommend PHD.

Great service. Getting a quote and scheduling work was a breeze. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. Our service tech (JD) was prompt and worked quickly but also with care. We had a new sink installed and its the best draining sink in the house!

Our water heater and boiler went out in the middle of winter. They came out the next day and found that the entire unit had failed. Richard then came out installed a new one for us. He was awesome to work with and made sure out entire system was back up and running promptly. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have heating or plumbing issues. I had another company try and up sell me several thousand dollars, but plumbing and heating doctor was straight to the point and got our system up and running quickly and economically, even better than before.

Excellent fast service. Sean diagnosed that our HVAC system needed to be replaced due to high carbon monoxide levels and Richard was able to come out and replace the whole system the next day. I received a text about an hour before my scheduled time which let me know the plumber was on his way. He actually showed up 15 min early (awesome!!) and was able to complete a full washer valve removal & installation as well as clean-up in under an hour. I've had a run of bad experiences over the last 3 months with other local plumbers, and working with this company was refreshing. I need my hot water heater & furnace done as well; I will be using them in the near future.

We recently moved here and decided to replace the toilets in our home. We called the Plumbing and Heating Dr. and got great customer service on the phone. Our technician, JD not only installed 2 toilets but educated us on our water softener and furnace in our crawlspace.
