My sink wasn't draining, and my disposal stopped working, so I gave EZ Flow a call after having them replace my water heater and few years ago. Michael M. was amazing, and I greatly appreciated his same-day visit. He was very transparent in what he thought the issues could be, what he was going to do, and alternatives if we couldn't get the disposal working during the visit. He answered all my questions and reaffirmed the trust I have in EZ Flow.

Dave called when he was on his way. He was a friendly nice guy. He looked at the project and gave me a quote. I accepted and signed it. He went right to work. He was all done in about 30 minutes. I them approved the work and paid with a cc on site. Very efficient and pleasant.

David, a seasoned veteran with 23 years of experience, and Michael, the enthusiastic newbie, came to fix my reverse osmosis system that had been out of commission for over a year. From start to finish, they were kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. David’s expertise truly shined as he walked me through every step of the repair process, answering all of my questions along the way without hesitation. Michael was also fantastic—his eagerness to learn and assist was clear, and the two of them worked seamlessly as a team. Kenneth and Efren were fantastic, helped every step of the way, and got the job done beyond what I asked for! Cleaned up my space better than they found it, were knowledgeable about which products to get and finished the install in a timely manner. I want to thank EZ Flow Plumbing as well as technician Kenneth Kowalczyk for their excellence service. Upon returning to AZ, I discovered that there was a serious accumulation of black mold in one of the toilets despite having carefully closed down the tanks last spring. The EZ Flow Plumbing operator was very helpful and responsive. I received same day service (including prompt notifications of arrival times) and was so appreciative of Kenneth's kindness, thorough explanations, and professional care. Kenneth was able to remove the tank and address the issue outside the home to minimize mold spores. We will definitely be using EZ Flow Plumbing -- and requesting Kenneth -- in any future calls.

I have had issues finding a plumber in the Metro Phoenix area for 2 years. Unfortunately, I had a water main break in front of my condo. Fortunately though Google led me to EZ Flow Plumbing and Michael came to save the day. He was able to get an assessment which originally looked pretty bleak and expensive, but he was able to find a solution to fix it. He came back the next day with Paul and fixed the issue along with another small issue I had. They truly went above and beyond for service and I can't be more appreciative for them and also the quality of service I received. I will definitely be using this company in the future for a few other things from our home inspection. I'm truly glad I found this company and very glad Michael was able to help. I cannot sing my praises enough! Thank you.

(15/10 customer experience!!!) EZ Flow Plumbing has been THE BEST plumbing experience I have ever had, hands down. Rob and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They not only took the time to help me understand the issue, but as things took a turn and we needed to get the City of Gilbert involved, Rob took point on contacting them and expressing the urgency of the situation. Where most plumbing companies would have finished their service and moved on to the next job, Rob stayed with me until the City officials arrived. Once they showed up, he didn’t just leave—he made sure they were well informed of everything that had transpired up to that point. He even helped me understand the next appropriate steps and clarified who was responsible for taking them. I simply cannot stress enough how I will only rely on one plumbing company if I encounter any issues in the future.
