Good Times Plumbing & Restoration

Today I walked into my laundry room to find the sink left on, overflowing, flooding the room. I acted quickly and called Good Times Restoration right after shutting off the water. Within 60 minutes they had a technician at my home! Super grateful for the amazing response time and customer service my family was shown. Hopefully we don’t flood the house again, but if we do I know who to call.

I called Goodtime Plumbing Restoration about a leak I had. The very next day, they had found the problem and repaired the leak. They then walked me through the process of getting the damaged repaired working with the insurance company, informing me of every step of the way. Cody did a great job in finding and fixing the problem, Seth, Garrett, and Michael Did a great job on the demolition drying out the wet areas and making sure that there would not be a mold problem. I highly recommend Goodtime Plumbing for their fast response keeping me informed and working with the insurance through this whole process. Wayne H

Good Times Restoration did a bath remodel over 1.5 years ago after we had a flood in our bathroom. They did an amazing job then. Fast forward to now, I had a minor issue needing attending to. Without question Good Times came out and took care of the issue no problem. I highly recommend Good Times Restoration for your project.

Jared, Seth, and Garrett did such a good job when our water heater broke and water soaked into our walls. The company was very quick to respond, very communicative, and very helpful and kind. My entire experience with Good Times Plumbing from start to finish was great. I had a leak from an upstairs unit into my bathroom and setting up the initial appointment to getting the demolition work done was extremely easy. I worked with Michael and he was great at communicating and making sure that all of my questions were answered. I will definitely be using them again if ever needed.

I gotta say, this was a really good experience with Good Times Plumbing & Restoration! First of all, I called and left a message for a return call, which I thought probably wouldn't happen for a while, but, to my surprise I received a call back within 5 minutes! A good start! Then, I received another call from Cody, their technician, I explained what services I was looking to have done, he gave me an estimate over the phone as this was just upgrading existing valves with better quality valves. I had already gotten 2 other bids from other companies, and "Good Times" beat the others by HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! ($600 & $900 DOLLARS less than the other 2)... Cody, the technician, was an awesome young man, very professional and knowledgeable! He completed the upgrades without any problems and took plenty of time to explain things and discuss pros and cons of different options and products. I offered to buy him lunch as I was going to pick up something for myself and my spoiled dog. We sat down and talked while we ate and I got the chance to get to know him and about his family. He seems to be a very good, hard working young husband, doing his best to raise his kids the right way. I will, without a doubt, recommend this company to everyone and anyone needing plumbing services! Thank you Cody and Good Times Plumbing & Restoration!

They did a great job with excellent follow through! We interacted with multiple team members and they were all helpful and considerate about our damages due to root intrusion. Left a job done right and work areas restored. We recommend Good Times for any small or large plumbing issue.

Had a great experience working with Good Times Plumbing and Restoration! We had some water damage to our ceiling that needed to be taken care of. Michael and Garrett were great! They were very friendly and professional. We’ll also be having Devin out soon for some plumbing issues. Truly a great company that I’ll be recommending to friends and family!
