This was an experience of up selling and the end job was complete garbage I have included pictures. It was $1600 and it was installed hazardously. This is a 500.00 job Because basically My old water heater that didn’t need to be removed or replaced was and he brought this new one here which was $500 and this is what the initial solution was according to this expert plumber it was for me to replace the water heater, which I did. It didn’t work. How about the soldering? I guess that’s too much money to spend on your customers. What I would say if you’re going to use this company have someone with you that knows plumbing its run like a really bad corporation on lean mgt.
