Mason pro customer service was quick and they are very professional. They ensured that they installed my Tesla level 2 charger to the city’s standards. After the install, they had the city of Phoenix come out and inspect the charger. The technician was on time and did an amazing job with the install.

Cristian was exceptional in his knowledge, professionalism, and service. We had a Tesla charger installed and couldn’t be happier with the company’s communication and reliability. We will use Mason for our future needs and highly recommend them for yours.

A lot of these reviews are bought. Careful who you use. Call a friend and use a small company these guys will rip you off as soon as they can. Told us it was a warranty part. (Capacitor) we all know how much they cost. They are $50 max on Amazon. Mason charged us $406. For a capacitor then told us that it would be under warranty. Then a week AFTER they told us they’d call the manufacturer we had to call them. And pretty much chase our warranty call down. And the warranty cost, it was only $229. So they over charged us by almost $200. Plus the service fee and the labor. Can you believe it? Not even gonna fight these guys on it. This company will rip you off any chance they can. You have been warned- will never use them again and will tell all my friends and family how much of a rip off these guys were. They got me. Don’t let them get you. Push bad companies out of AZ Update!!! It’s now 10/26- part failed. We left a message for our friends at pro services. Notice they never responded here and Still waiting on a call back from them, oh yeah went up to check out the capacitor and check out the hack job on our 3 year old unit.

Mason services were very easy to deal with. We received an appointment the same day. Craig came to the house, diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate, and completed all of the work perfectly. He was very professional but also very friendly. Everything was done as planned and there was absolutely zero mess. I would highly recommend calling Mason Services and ask for Craig to do the work.

I just had the best experience with Mason Pro Services. I had a plumbing emergency at my hair salon and of course it happened late afternoon on a Friday. Tamara, the dispatcher was so amazing. She understood how stressed I was and was able to get a plumber to me in under 2 hours. She even called me back before she left for the day to let me know a plumber was on the way. Stevie, the plumber quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue promptly and professionally! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me some advice on how to keep my issue from happening again. I'll be scheduling routine service with Mason Pro! I was extremely happy with reponse time and the service I received!

So far, so good with Mason Pro Services taking care of our package unit. Great technicians who are skilled at doing their jobs. I give them five stars... the only downside is they are always trying to sell add-on products, but such is the nature of businesses today. I feel no obligation to that and value them as a great business. Yep, 5 stars, guys... count them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very professional services provided by Edel Villa-Alvarez and Ben Howard. Meticulous duct cleaning, very thorough in both explanation and execution. Fairly priced. We are very happy with the duct cleaning and anti-microbial fog treatment. The home smell so fresh and is clean from the inside out. Highly recommended.

My experience with Mason Pro Services has been outstanding! I found no complaints on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website. The receptionist was polite and knowledgeable, helping me schedule an appointment for our gas furnaces. I received a text 30 minutes before the appointment. Two technicians arrived with disposable shoe covers and quickly addressed all our concerns efficiently. After 20+ years and many contractors, none have matched the quality of Mason Pro Services!
