Wanted to wait at least a month before leaving this review to make sure there were no major issues. So far seems like we have had a really good experience going with Precision Air for our new AC unit install. Danielle from sales did good in finding us the right unit for the right price. Jose and his team did an awesome job with the install, making sure everything was installed correctly, cleanly and better than before. Johnathan was awesome with the follow-up after the install and we appreciate the fact that he came in, looked everything over and offered additional reassurance that all looked good. We really felt like Precision Air had an entire team of people that were readily available to reach out and offer assistance. My wife and I rely heavily on others reviews when making decisions about who to use. Precision really lived up to their positive reviews.

We had a particularly difficult sewer pipe replacement in our two story townhouse with unusual concrete subfloors. All the technicians from Precision were extremely professional, true experts, and very careful to minimize further damage. We appreciated how nice and thoughtful and clean each of them was. We had clear communications about what to expect and felt the cost was reasonable for all the work they did. We would certainly use them again & recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Precision Air & Plumbing and I couldn't be more impressed by their service. From start to finish my Tech Kyle ensured my experience was seamless without the high pressured upsell. The technician arrived promptly incredibly professional he took the time to walk me through the process and answer all my questions. What stood out most was his attention to detail. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service, expertise, and genuine care for their clients like Precision I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Precision Air n Plumbing was a great choice/decision for us when we needed to replace our airconditioning a few years ago. Richie was the tech who took care of our yearly maintenance this week. Every aspect of the installation of my new heat pump was perfect. My installer, Christopher was a most pleasant and courteous young man however, I found him to be expert in his field, and he had more than just a basic knowledge of HVAC. Christopher answered all my questions and set about doing the job of yanking out the old unit and preparing the area to receive the new unit. I was actually amazed at Christopher and his colleague, Chad, who worked so hard and struggled to roll the new unit over several inches of deep stones. I’m so very grateful to them both! In fact I am grateful to the entire staff at Precision for their caring and professionalism in helping get this job done. I want to send a special thanks to Danielle who came out and respected everything I wanted and also what I didn’t want. No pressure at all. I got exactly what I wanted and they working on an older home, succeeded in making a “silk purse out of a sows ear”.

The installation started promptly at 8:00am and completed by 5:00pm. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. Post installation cleanup was like they were never here. Awesome people, awesome job,. I highly recommend Precision Air .

We had a good experience with Precision installing our 5.0 ton single unit HVAC system. Our lead tech, Junior, was great. But there was a trainee on the install crew who was still learning the trade. He had some issues, but Junior stepped in and took care of the install. It took longer than expected, but when done, it was all very good work. The bit of wood damage Precision is going to take care of at no cost. We will use Precision again if we have a requirement
