Old School Plumber that actually knows how to fix things (not just replace them). Very fair and upfront pricing also. If I had a complaint it would be that they were late for the two hour appointment window but I gave them 5 stars anyway because they fixed my shower valve issue and the service was great. I would use them again for sure.

We are switching to Roy Dorsey Plumbing from a more advertised company but clearly not better! This other company was frustrating and unprofessional and inappropriate in an emergency situation. Scott and Tim came the very next morning and did an incredible job in an emergency situation with our water heater. I could not be more pleased with their demeanor and the great work they did. And fair priced! No spikes in pricing on the little things so you are forced to buy the bigger job like the other company tried to do. 5 stars for sure!
