My second AC unit started blowing warm air today. I contacted Thomas at 8am and they sent a technician, James, out at 3pm and within the window promised. He tested the unit and said it was a bad capacitor. This was good news as capacitor repairs are much less expensive than repairing or replacing parts for my system. He gave me the option to buy the part and repair it myself if I was comfortable (I am relatively handy) or he could get the part an install it. This was music to my ears, a technician that is not out to try to sell me a new unit "because my unit is old" or sell me stuff I don't need. I happened to have a capacitor so I decided to switch it out myself. He even gave me tips on how to make sure I tighten the contacts and stay safe! My AC is working now and I only had to pay the service fee which was well worth it. I asked James how long he has worked for Thomas and why he switched from two other well known companies that I have heard of, and he said he likes the culture of just doing what is right for the customer. The other companies train techs to be their salesforce and turn every service call into maximizing sales and selling what benefits the company not the individual. At Thomas their technicians do what is right for the customer, I highly recommend them if you want an honest service with an honest recommendation and reasonable prices. Now it makes sense to me why the bigger franchise company's advertise to go out for no charge, its' because their goal is to make up that service charge with hundreds or thousands of unnecessary repairs. Thanks again for running a business with integrity, I think in the long run you will attract better technicians that take pride in their vocation and can sleep at night knowing they didn't rip anyone off and always do what's right. Bravo!

Thomas, the technician was very professional, very knowledgeable and polite and I know that because I asked him a lot of questions. I was very comfortable with the service. I just moved out here from California. So I picked Thomas Home services off the Internet cause I donβt know anybody and I will definitely call them again for future repairs

I returned from a vacation to find my upstairs Goodman air conditioning unit was not blowing cool air. This was a big deal given the record heat wave. I am a big-time researcher when it comes to anything I purchase so the clock was ticking. So I first went to Yelp to find a highly rated company and assess the issue. That technician with two decades of experience said I had to replace the whole unit (Starting at $10K up to $16K) because it was a freon leak and even though he couldn't find it, it would likely happen again with a repair. FORTUNATELY I got a second opinion from a neighbor who recommended Thomas. Their technician, Riley, came out immediately and actually took the time to find the actual leak. He said there was no evidence of the prior technician opening some of the key panels of the evaporator unit in my attic to find the root cause. Riley was friendly and professional and spent 30 minutes in the heat of the attic to find the location of the freon leak and he shoed me a video and images. He then gave me 3 options and then shared candidly which option he would take and why. To my surprise the option he recommended was no the most profitable one for the company, it was to switch out a component and their labor and the component would be under warranty. His solution cost me $7,000 less than the alternative of getting a new unit! His team arrived the next day, they laid out a tarp and got to work. 6 hours later my house was blowing cold air and the upstairs was starting to cool down. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the integrity of any family business that puts the customer first and does not just push their employees to make the biggest sale but rather has them do the right thing as if they were spending their own money. Thank you Thomas Home Services, you are doing something right with your culture and your employee training. Congrats!

Awesome customer service from the 1st contact with the company, no others had someone answering the call with such upbeat attitude and knowledgeable. Great experience with the technicancia, and Honesty was oh so important! Will consider a home warranty if I stay here for sure.

I had ac tune up done with them few years ago and now. They are extremely genuine and trustworthy. Our technician is Casey and he is super honest and friendly. Provided all the details with pictures, explained and gave some genuine recommendations and Iβm pretty sure he is trustworthy. Not at all pushy. People like this are asset to the company. If I ever want to get service done to my HVAC, I will definitely choose them

They say the best ability is availability and Thomas Home Services saved my butt on the Monday before Thanksgiving. Everybody else said they couldn't make it out until the following week. My surprise water leak at the meter Monday morning was going to cause all kind of havoc over the holiday but Thomas to the rescue. Emily was great to work with to schedule and Kevin made sure the job was done right. Highly recommended.

From the first call to the final invoice, the entire Thomas home services team was professional and a joy to work with. When Mandy answered the phone she was friendly and charismatic and communicated very well. When David arrived on site he was very efficient like a true master of his craft. Absolutely recommend using this company.
