Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling

Shadrach Plumbing installed a new water softener for us. We also asked them to fix a few plumbing issues that we had been meaning to get done. Josh, the owner responded very quickly & sent Louis out to take a look. He was knowledgeable & offered different options for the softener along with his recommendations. We compared their prices with other companies & found Shadrach to be competitive. Louis was great in responding to our questions before the install. Yesterday we had the work completed & are happy to have soft water back! We would definitely use Shadrach again, in fact we’ve signed up for their maintenance plan. And a couple of minutes ago one of our neighbors asked for our plumbers contact details & we gave them the Shadrach number!

My experience with Louis couldn't have been better after moving into my new home. After scoping out our concerns, he provided us options. When asked, he offered his recommendations. With his advice, we were able to build a custom work order to meet the needs of our home. He was able to complete much of the work same-day (a soft water system install, and kitchen faucet replacement). We never felt pressured or up-sold. We appreciated how Louis was personable when appropriate, and straight to the point when we needed it. I'd recommend him to my friends and family.
