A Plus Plumbing Services

No one wants to have to call a plumber when something goes down the toilet that shouldn't. I am so glad we called A Plus Plumbing! Allen was at our house within a hour of my call and the work was completed quickly. He was polite, professional and didn't leave a mess. The charges were very reasonable considering it was an emergency.

We have a rental home and needed to have the water heater replaced and we called around and decided to use this place to replace our water heater and we are happy with the price and our tenant is also happy that the guy came right out and got it done fast. I will use this place in the future when we need a plumber and the reason is they were easy to deal with and honest on the price as well as quick to get the job done.

Steve came out to unclog the main line to my drain. He was on time courteous and professional. Answers my questions and concerns. Definitely knows what he is doing. Thanks Steve. I would definitely use a plus plumbing again or recommend it to my friends and family.

We were truly disappointed in the lack of communication from A+ Plumbing tonight. We scheduled an appt. with a man over the phone several weeks ago for 4pm this Monday. At no point did the man inform us that the 4pm time was an approximation. We specifically took several hours off work in order to accommodate the appt time. When 5:15p rolled around, we decided to call A+ Plumbing. The secretary did not know who was supposed to be arriving at our home, nor did she know when he'd be there. She ended up having the owner call me back. I asked the owner when the technician would be arriving and he simply stated that he was on his way, but did not give a time. When I asked if he thought the $75 service fee was fair after we'd already waited, and would be kept waiting, he hotly told me, "Well, I'm not giving it to you for free." He then proceeded to have no knowledge of who scheduled my appt time, and he blamed his employee for giving us a set time, not a time range. We can be understanding that other appts run over - all we wanted was the courtesy of a call to let us know our technician would be significantly late. All in all, we did not expect to have a free service. However, some kind of discount would have been appreciated since it was obvious there was a clear miscommunication or poor training on A+'s part. We hoped that the owner especially, would have been more apologetic, and polite in clarifying the practices of his service. We will not be referring any friends or family to this company in the future, and are happy to pay a more reliable, friendly company double the money for their expertise.

Allen went above and beyond to help with issues we were having with our shower. He was also very courteous in answering all of my many questions. Will definitely be returning to A+ for future plumbing needs!

Had a plumbing backup and the company quoted a price before they came out. They stuck with their price and walked me thru what they were doing and explained everything in detail. They were very professional. They scoped out the problem with a camera and provided it's contents the same day.

Just came home from vacation to find the toilet still leaking after getting a very expensive "toilet overhaul" and having them come back for a second time. On the plus side, they were timely and courteous. Getting a second opinion about the work done.
