I was connected with Anytime Home Services via American Home Warranty. The quote was high based on replacement and parts for outside leak. After getting a second quote, via Angi, the water heater did not have to be replaced. The outside parts for replacement cost less than quoted by Anytime Home Services. I saved 852.00 going with another plumbing service. I had to contact American Home Warranty to delete the non-coverage account with Anytime Home Services. At no point, did this technician mention a payment plan until I wrote a review for American Home Warranty. This whole scam with under warranty has been quite a disappointment. I paid out of packet.

After calling no less than 5 separate times (always going to a voicemail system), they refused to honor the 6 year warranty that the water heater comes with (Manufacturers warranty), and told us that any repairs would have to be out of pocket even though the water heater was only installed 3 years ago (by them). Will never use them in the future, and will be going through a different service. Do not recommend.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this plumbing company at all costs! I called them to address a leak in the water line above my three-year-old Rheem water heater (which is still under warranty). The tech showed up and immediately blamed the problem on "high water pressure"—even though my water pressure is well below the standard 80 PSI. After I pushed back, they reluctantly repaired the leaking line but left without checking if the water heater was working or even turning it back on. When I turned the water heater back on myself, it started leaking IMMEDIATELY from the pressure relief valve. I called them back, and they sent the SAME tech, who claimed the entire tank was "cracked due to normal wear and tear." This is simply not true. The leaking water line above the tank caused water to pour onto the heater, creating a chain reaction that led to the water heater’s failure. Blaming this on ā€œnormal wear and tearā€ is just a blatant excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their poor service and misdiagnosis. The real issue is their tech’s lack of experience and professionalism. He was in a rush to move on to the next job, didn’t take time to inspect the situation thoroughly, and didn’t even stay long enough to ensure the problem was resolved. Rheem sent me a replacement valve to help fix the issue, but the tech refused to install it and left without so much as a goodbye. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers or doing quality work. They’re focused on quick fixes and excuses, even if it means leaving you with a bigger problem than you started with. Their negligence turned what should have been a simple fix into a costly and frustrating ordeal. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that values accountability, professionalism, and proper service, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Don’t let their sloppy work waste your time and money like they did mine. This was, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Anytime Home Services. A plumber was sent to my property through my insurance, and the experience was beyond unacceptable. The worker was incredibly rude and displayed racist behavior toward other workers on my property at the time. At one point, he asked one of our employees to borrow their equipment. When they politely explained they couldn’t let him borrow it because they were using it, the plumber became offensive and was very rude to them. This was completely uncalled for—he should have come prepared with all the necessary equipment to do his job, not rely on others. It was clear he had no interest in working. He made rude comments, was dismissive, and half-heartedly completed the job before leaving, leaving us dissatisfied and frustrated. I am extremely disappointed that Anytime Home Services would send someone so unprofessional and offensive. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly urge the company to take immediate action to address this and ensure this individual is held accountable. No customer should ever have to deal with such a negative and unprofessional experience.

Every employee interaction, was pleasant and professional. The overall service was horrible. 12 days to put in a water heater, installation with a platinum home warranty was an additional $710. Not including the $100 to come out. Unfortunately this company deals with the home warranty people which even after the best plan they sell, can't cover a full watertank install, ties them together. Not a great experience.

Renee was our plumber and he gave me two notices on his timeframe to come today to make sure I was home. When he arrived he introduced himself and quickly got to work. Our issue was resolved quickly. With the age of our home, we are now in need of a water softener, he explained to me the process to get a new one and the benefits. Our service today was 5 STARS!
