AMAZING, JUST AMAZING! The installation process was a bit challenging. Our water heater is situated in the basement of our 75-year-old ranch-style home in Gilbert. Marvin was fantastic at taking out the old water heater all by himself and then bringing the new unit back down those creaky wooden stairs.
