I really hate to have to write a less than 5-star review, but not sure what else to do at this point. I’ve been working with this company for a few years now and have always had stellar service. However, the most recent project was to swap my water heater with a new one since the old one started leaking. I caught it before it flooded our house. The plumber that was here was in a hurry. Unfortunately, the soldering on the ball valve did not hold and my storage room flooded overnight. They referred me to a restoration company that shares owners with Lawson Family Pluming and they are doing a poor job at remedying this situation. I gave Lawson three stars because they are trying to do the right thing, but as a homeowner, this is an awful experience for anyone to go through. I know mistakes happen but this is a huge loss for us.

Lawson family Plumbing is awesome. I called them to ask for help on some very random projects and they were great to work with. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. They took time late on a Friday to make sure that I was taken care of. Nick was great, I will definitely use them in the future.

Such a nice plumber arrived early after calling to see if that would for for me. He finished the project quickly. We did then find a hot water tank problem and he is sending me a quote to get that problem also. I was happy he noticed the issue.

Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing installed a loop and water softener at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thorough, highly professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. Joe took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I knew how to operate my new equipment, and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. If you need a skilled and reliable plumber, I highly recommend Joe and Lawson Family Plumbing!

Had a few minor leaks that I called Lawson Family Plumbing. The technician Lionel arrived in the agreed time slot and evaluated the job. He offered suggestions for repairs. He provided a quote right on the spot and we agreed to the repair work. He had all of the valves and vacuum breaker available in his truck and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. The price initially seemed high but considering all the parts were provided I believe it was a reasonable price. I would call Lawson again for plumbing work and I would ask for Lionel again as he was very courteous and did the job quickly. Thank you Lionel and Lawson Family Plumbing!!!

I was introduced to Lawson Family Plumbing by my daughter who had 2 toilets replaced. I was repairing a shower leak and was not able to get it quite together, so I called them. Technician Chris arrived and said I had it done almost right, and he showed me how I had missed a step so I could do it again if needed. He started to leave and I asked how much I owed. He said he wouldn't charge anyone for that since I almost had it done. When was the last time a plumbing Co did not charge you? I recently had a garbage disposal installed by technician Harley. He quoted me a fair price and it was quickly and properly installed. If you want quality work for a fair price along with a feeling of dealing with a smaller and friendly feeling Co; go with Lawson Family Plumbing. Another great thing is that they are a family owned local business located right here in Gilbert and I always like to support local businesses.

My experience with Lawson Plumbing was great. I called for service and Tanner came to my house the next day. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable. He informed me of my choices and explained everything thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and will not hesitate to use Lawson Plumbing in the future.

Eric came to service my shower and water heater. He was very thorough and was honest. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and charged a fair price for what I had serviced. Definitely will recommend Lawson Plumbing to anybody I know!
