Superb assessment, selection and installation of new 29 gal hot water heater to replace 30 gal hot water heater installed twenty years ago. Mike knew what he was talking about compared to 4 other estimates. Mike answered all my questions, offered insight and did a great installation. He drained and replaced the old tank, both water lines, valve replaced, new gas flex line and added trap per code, upgraded drain valve to brass larger diameter and easy hose connector, hauled away old tank and kept the floors clean. Mckinley worked out a fair price with a discount for everything. 100% Plumbing cost a little bit more and is worth it to me. Parts warranty is two years compared to others for 1 year. The unit continues to work great after a week of installation.

The technician was very good and professional. He discussed the repair well. Unfortunately he didn't have the proper 3/8" compression line extension for the dishwasher, I made a trip to Home Depot for a replacement. All is working well.

I had a fantastic experience with 100% Plumbing LLC! They were able to come out the same day I called to service my Airbnb property, which was a huge relief. They were very accommodating, especially since I had guests staying at the time. Tim Castillo did an amazing job—he resolved the hot water issue quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and was both knowledgeable and friendly. On top of that, their service was very affordable, especially for a Saturday! I highly recommend 100% Plumbing LLC for prompt, professional, and friendly service. 😁 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the initial phone call I felt like I called the right place. The plumber not only showed up on time but early shortly after scheduling. He had 25 years experience and was totally professional 100% just like their name !! The job was performed in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. 100% Plumbing did an excellent job for us. We had an issue and they had someone here within 30 minutes. Their technician (Tim Castillo) identified the problem, identified a couple of other emerging issues, then was able to fix them all right away. Great timing, excellent customer service. It was easy to schedule a prompt and convenient appointment to replace a faucet. Mike showed up on time and quoted the price before he started. He did a great job, was very courteous and friendly. The price seemed a little high, but it has been a while since we have had plumbing work done, and I am confident that 100% Plumbing is in line with the industry. Mike also gave us a 10% discount!
