All Drains Emergency Plumbing

On a Friday night my shower would not turn off. On Saturday I tried to change out the cartridge and the stem pulled out. Now I had an emergency since I couldn’t turn the water back on until it was fixed. I called all drains, explained the situation, was given an estimate over the phone (which hardly ever happens), and Miles, the plumber was there in about one hour. He started the job by trying the least expensive repair. He then proceeded to fix the shower and due to faulty parts supplied by the hardware company he had to spend over six hours troubleshooting. He was at the house working for about seven hours and charged me exactly the price he quoted me on the phone. Miles is a dedicated individual and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend him for your next plumbing repair.

Outstanding Service! We had an emergency main line clog on a Sunday night. Miles answered the phone personally after midnight and came to our rescue very quickly. He was kind and truly cared.
