Sending Another of their technicians Name HECTOR LOPEZ was very professional and communicative explained everything with detail and understanding. I called in for ONE OF MY TOILETS WAS CLOGGED HECTOR CAME AND TOOK CARE OF THE JOB. He unclogged my toilet and now is running good again. We had the best experience with Bubble Bee Plumbing! We easily booked service online and were Contacted the following business day to confirm our appointment and go over any questions we had. A plumbing technician, Jose Gomez, updated me of when he would arrive. Once I told him what service we needed, he went over the different options we had and answered any questions thoroughly. He was very professional and completed the work Within a couple of hours. I was not expecting it to be done that quick. I would highly recommend using Bubble Bee Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Jose Gomez did a wonderful job on our house. Incredibly kind, patient and best of all clear with the needs and options. He gave us great price of mind and the 3 year support on the work and ability to call him back specifically is great so I don’t have to explain anything to anyone else. He’s liable for his own work so it’s nice to know he does a good job from the beginning.

Hector Lopez did an outstanding job of unclogging my toilet drain. After removing the toilet a camera inspection revealed the line was intact but full of 40+ years of gunk. The problem was tree roots had up grown up under the concrete slab, along the outside of the drain and over the toilet flange. They had grown down inside and were clogging the drain! Hector expertly removed the roots, applied root killer and replaced the flange. Then they hydro jetted the drain line to clean out all the gunk. After reinstalling the toilet a final camera inspection was done to make sure the line was clean and intact. The toilet is working great now. They warranty their work. I would highly recommend Bumblebee Plumbing. We were able to make a same day appointment. Mitchell knocked on the door at exactly the scheduled time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Mitchell took the time to explain the problem and the required fix. He made sure we were satisfied with the results, which we were! He was able to fix the problem, a broken bathtub faucet, quickly and efficiently! I would trust Mitchell with all my plumbing needs!
