James was phenomenal. He came and checked out my HVAC as I was getting no heat. He quickly identified the issue and showed my the faulty part. He provided me multiple options and quotes. The best part is that when I advised that I may have a warranty and coverage he didn’t assume that just because his tablet wasn’t confirming that it wasn’t true. He immediately and gladly called the office, had them confirm, and was EXCITED for me that my cost was going to be even lower than what he originally quoted. That’s honesty, respect, doing the right thing, and made me feel good the rest of the day to see that he was not only happy to fix my issue but get me the best deal possible. I highly recommend James from the A/C team!

Amazing company. We bought a brand new unit from them and they did a great job. They continue to service our unit and do a great job. The tech is very professional and friendly. They are on time and keep you posted on arrival time. You can also track your techs status and know the minute they are going to arrive. I highly recommend them for your HVAC, Electrical and plumbing needs.

Alonso was very thorough and professional. Was able to assess the issue and installed a brand new water fixture the same day. Went over options and pricing for current and future projects. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and final outcome.

Over priced. Charged over$300 to replace one receptacle. Originally added a service plan didn’t ask for. With discount total price $250. Told me I needed a new electric panel because of scorching marks inside box. Those marks there for over 30 years and no problems of fire or service interruption. This was a scam in my opinion. Never hire this company again.

Once the technician arrived, the work was done professionally and with care. Alfonso could not have been more polite and courteous. His work was well done and once finished I was pleased. He cares about the work he does and ask if you are satisfied before leaving. My plumbing problem was solved!

Prompt, courteous, good workmanship But - price is through the roof Had a fan fail on a HVAC Christian Brothets installed with a 10 year warranty Diagnosed on visit one and replaced on visit two For less than two hours work. $1400. Ouch - and that's there warranted install UPDATE. - received a call from Christian Brothers - Charmaine I believe, and our install is parts and labor. So a refund of most of our bill is being processed I appreciate the call back and the refund

Gilbert went above and beyond and helped me with numerous plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He was even able to give me some great advice about other home repairs while he was working. I've also had electrical work done with them and was also happy with the work.
