He came out right away and helped me with my plumbing and did it for a great price. Any other plumbing company would have wanted alot of money to do this job but he got it done without breaking the bank and did great work also. I don't have to get on the roof no more to unclog my toilet. Plus it was done in a timely manner at that. He has also changed out my hot water heater for a great price and sourced the hot water heater for me as well so he is a great all around plumber.

Thomas is very professional and friendly. He advises me about maintaining my water heater and making it last longer. He is very thorough in what he do to make sure it doesn’t have any issue. I highly recommend him for any Plumbing issues.

Their workmanship continues to impress and I will definitely continue using their services indefinitely. Have used their services multiple times at this point. The first time around was to help replace a leaky outdoor spigot. After the excellent work on that I decided to call them up again to replace a couple of existing toilets. Most recently was the biggest project yet, a full tub and shower surround replacement.

Tom and his apprentice coworker were excellent, knowledgeable honest plumbers did a great job at a very fair cost. After several bids I was happy I chose the right man for the job.

Tom was very courteous, efficient, and went the extra mile to repair a leak that did significant damage to our drywall and cabinets. He was able to do a temporary fix with what he had, then came back the next morning with a better, permant fix. We will call him again if we have any other plumbing issues. GREAT WORK!

We had a leak under the concrete in the bathroom called Tom out and he was able to take the concrete out and fix the leak. Then he filled the hole back and put the concrete back. We had a great experience!! Highly recommend!!

Emergency. Plumbing Hero arrived promplty as schefule. Tom was very professional from start to finish. The water heater was installed quicker than i expected with no issues or delays.
