Our power bill was much higher than ever before this November. The only thing we have running was our water heater. We called JMPlumbing. Jack, the owner, showed up to check our problem. He asked a few questions one of which was if our water bill had changed we said yes it was higher. Looking at our meter he discovered we were losing water at .7 gallons a minute. He turned off the hot water valve from our heater and checked again - the water meter stopped. He found the problem was not the water heater but a leak in the line. He brought in a leak detector technician who checked all our piping and found our leak using infrared equipment. Jack rerouted, bypassing the old line with new. Our water heater was never the issue. Jack serviced the heater and all checked out fine. Other plumbers were intent on selling us a new water heater and never asked any questions. Jack’s experience of 25 years paid off and saved a lot of money. He was extremely friendly, honest and very professional. JMPlumbing was timely, quick and knew what they were talking about. We highly recommend them. They were above and beyond.

My boyfriend and I just moved into an older house and some repairs were expected. Jack helped to install a new toilet since we had what looked like an older model in our master bedroom. He was professional, efficient, and gave us a great price. When he was running a bit late he made sure to communicate and if he did have to leave to pick something up he made sure to give a heads up and ETA. We had such a great experience with him that we reached out a few days later to install a waterline for our new fridge. He was even so kind to check out a small garbage disposal leak and make some adjustments free of charge. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking plumber you've found him.
