Jerry is the best plumber I have come across. On Friday night I had an emergency and water was going everywhere in the garage and he came on short notice even though he already had a family commitment. He quickly made the water stop and Saturday he came back to properly fix the washer area and the main open and shut area. His quality of work is excellent, he is very professional and trust me no one can have better prices. Great family guy that understands hard working people.

I got the contact info for POP off nextdoor, randomly, and called them first when my 24 hour long quest to unclog my toilet drain was unsuccessful. Jerry was at my house within 45 minutes to give a no-commitment quote, ended up giving me a very reasonable price, completed the repair very quickly, and went above and beyond cleaning up after himself. I asked him to do some extra work that we hadn't negotiated (toilet reinstall/wax seal) and he did that for a very minimal extra charge. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'm keeping his number, and I'll be calling him again the next time I have similar problems.

On the day he was scheduled to install our water heater, Jerry got held up in traffic coming from the other side of town, so he was much later than he hoped. He still showed up and stayed well beyond "quitting time" -- on a Friday -- and was meticulous about being sure everything was working perfectly and the site was cleaned up. He's friendly, efficient and professional; a first-tier plumber I highly recommend.

Jerry came to the house to assess the hot water heater and why it was leaking. Because of another plumber doing sub-par work, it caused too much water pressure so my old water heater cracked and began leaking. Jerry replaced the hot water heater and added a tank to prevent pressure issues again. He was very nice, and did a great job. I'll definitely call Jerry for all my plumbing work in the future. I would highly recommend him.
