Frank was amazing!! He was on time, very respectful of house and was very up front with us. He flushed and checked the plumbing pipes along with the water heater. he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about his job. explained things to us in detail and made sure we knew what he was doing and explained the process. he made the process super easy and will definitely use this company again in the future! great first experience thank you so much!

It was Mother’s Day Weekend when we discovered our sink/garbage disposal was leaking. We called the Trusted Plumber and they were able to get someone out the next day, which we were happy with since it wasn’t an emergency. The plumber had an idea what was wrong before he even showed up. He was timely and professional the whole time he replaced our garbage disposal. The price was reasonable and service was great. Highly recommend The Trusted Plumber!

I’ve used The Trusted Plumber several times and each time they have been fantastic! The ladies who answer the phone are always so nice and professional. Brad is wonderful too and he always shows up on time and they have reasonable rates. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer with me!

After receiving several quotes from prominent plumbers in the area, we went with the Trusted Plumber. We were already well versed with what needed to be done and considered doing ourselves but wanted a certified plumber as we were dealing with older pipes in the ground. The other plumbers in the area literally estimated 3x the estimate of the Trusted Plumber (which was cost we were expecting) AND the others charged a $39 service charge just to give an estimate which is absurd, it's called cost of doing business. Those other companies also wouldn't apply this so-called service charge to the work order. Needless to say, we will continue to use the Trusted Plumber as they had fair quote, no ridiculous estimation fees, and were able to complete the work in a timely manner.

They were prompt in coming out to do an underground drain repair and explained up front the pricing and the final pricing after install matched without any surprises. Being new to AZ we've found alot of services just overpriced as assume we aren't educated, but not the case with Trusted plumber. Very fair price, showed up on time and was wrapped up 30min ahead of schedule on a 3hr job. Will definitely be my go to plumber going forward.

I came to visit my grandmother over the weekend only to learn her plumbing had been out for weeks! For an elderly woman in hospice that is untenable!! Austin came out Monday morning before my family had to head back home. He assessed the situation literally top to bottom! Once he had a diagnosis and a game plan, he kept me looped in and got everything taken care of! Grandma is thrilled, i get to be the favorite grandson, and Austin did all the work! Can't beat that deal!! Great work, great experience 👍

Brad did an outstanding job and was a delight to work with. He came out in a quasi-emergency situation due to a leaking water heater. July 3 of all days, which was a holiday for most people. Many thanks for saving my weekend and getting my entire water Treatment system in check. These guys are the absolute best and pinnacle of professionalism.
